Blackpool made a slow start to the game and conceded early from a short corner. Despite this they were soon back on level terms as Chris hocking neatly rounded the keeper before finishing. Keswick again came back scoring shortly before the break to leave it 2-1 at half time.
The second half ended with a stalemate with Graeme Kilshaw making many impressive saves to keep blackpool with in touching distance but unfortunately blackpool failed to make the most of their chances despite pushing strongly before the final whistle.
